Payment Schedule

Account charges are paid in advance for the following month's service. Your billing cycle commences on the date your free trial expires.

Cancellation Procedure

If at any time you wish to cancel your SEMCAT Service, you can simply email billing@semcat.net with your request. You will retain access to SEMCAT until your current billing period has expired. Refunds for past months' services will not be given.
