Payment Schedule
Account charges are paid in advance for the following month's service. Your billing cycle commences on the date your free trial expires.

Pay automatically via AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover as set up in your SEMCAT Account Area- or -
Make checks payable to Allied Strategy, LLC
Cancellation Procedure
If at any time you wish to cancel your SEMCAT Service, you can simply email billing@semcat.net with your request. You would retain access to SEMCAT until your current billing period expires. Refunds for past months' services will not be given.
Monthly Plans & Cancellation
If you were on a monthly plan and decided to cancel, you would simply notify us as requested above and your billing would then be paused. Any payments due for the current or prior months of SEMCAT Service would still be due.
Annual Plans & Cancellation
If you had prepaid for one year then cancelled during that year, you would receive a refund pro-rated at your regular monthly rate (the rate after removing the annual discount).
Example: Your account is $880 per year and your monthly rate without the annual discount is $80. Your refund would be the un-applied portion of your annual payment - specifically, the balance of $880 less the sum of the current and prior months of SEMCAT Service at the regular $80 monthly rate.
